What we need from you to design your web page

Unlike advertising in printed matter, the process for setting up a web page is different. There are a lot of design and programming skills involved. On a web page text and pictures are incorporated separately into one page, which means that we need the text and the pictures separate.

For your listing in indexes we will also need a description and a list of keywords. We need to know if you want to register your page yourself (optimal solution, since you know your bussiness best), or if you would like us to take care of it at an additional cost. It is possible to have all of your items online with a shopping cart feature and acceptance of credit card orders. Most internet users are hesitant in supplying their credit card information over the internet. You will end-up with a "super" web page, but a possible lack in sales. It is true, there are sites making good money this way, but there are also many who don't. It is a better solution to have a few pictures on your page (since pictures cost money) and have an on line form to request your catalog. You can also have a text file with a listing of products, prices and order form for easy download or printout. Then customers could fax or mail the order form to you. This has an added benefit of cutting down on your catalog printing and mailing costs.

Think about information you want to collect from your readers with an online form. This can be for requesting a catalog, sending feedback to you, or collecting order information. We need your e-mail address for this kind of form. This information goes directly to your email address; we never see it.
