We are a husband and wife team, Joanie and John, professionally known as Alpenlander. Established in the beginning as a family band, we now use our experience
and maturity to great advantage.
Using the latest high tech computer keyboard and sound system with the nostalgic button box accordion, we are able to perform for large and small events. Our repertoire consists of music from Austria, Germany to the North Sea and the beautiful songs of other countries. Polkas and waltzes are the norm. However, no dance can be complete without the tango, rumba, fox-trot, swing, Latin, island and (lovie dovie). We have entertained in Europe and many American cities. Our vocals are both in German and English. So, if it's Oktoberfest, club dance or small party, we would like to entertain you.
