1 qt beef broth 1 soup bone 2 c celery 2 c carrots 2 c cabbage 2 c peas 2 c corn 2 c green beans 1 c soup beans 2 c tomatoes water 2 T salt Chop celery,
carrots, cabbage, and green beans. Combine with other ingredients. Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Add 1/2 c rice 15 minutes before serving. |
