2 cups milk 5 Tbsp. sugar 5 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 egg yolks or yellow food coloring 1 tsp. vanilla extract Mix cornstarch with the sugar, add about 5 Tbsp. of the cold milk, the egg yolk, and the
vanilla extract. Mix well. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil. Take of the stove and stirr in the cornstarch mix. Put back on the stove and bring one more time to a boil. Let cool in a mold, or in a glass bowl.
Note: If you like to turn the pudding out of the mold, please rinse the mold with cold water before pouring the hot pudding into it. Serve with chocolate sauce or fresh fruits. |
