2 Tbsp. butter 1 Tbsp. paprika powder 3 cups broth or water 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 clove of garlic, crushed 1/2 cup of grated cheese 1 pint heavy cream or milk salt pepper Melt the
butter, and rost the paprika powder for a short time in the butter. And broth an bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with a little bit of water and thicken broth with it. Add the garlic, heavy cream and cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toasted or french bread. |
