and let cool to luke warm. Dissolve yeast in this mixture and add well beaten eggs. Add flour and beat thoroughly. Let rise in refrigerator overnight. Then roll out on lightly floured board to fit into two 9x9 inch
pans. Let rise until double in bulk. Arrange a layer of fruit on dough, top with crumbs, and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Crumb Topping 1 c sugar 1 T flour 1/4 c butter
Cut butter into combined flour and sugar and sprinkle over fruit. |
