2 eggs
6 ears corn
4 T milk
1 t butter

Separate eggs, grate corn, mix with the egg yolks. Melt butter, add with seasoning and milk. Beat egg whites stiff, fold in. Bake in a buttered baking dish placed in a pan of hot water, in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Serves 4.
