2 cups milk 5 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder Mix cornstarch with the sugar, and cocoa powder, add about 5 Tbsp. of the cold milk. Mix well. Bring the rest of the milk to a
boil. Take of the stove and stirr in the cornstarch mix. Put back on the stove and bring one more time to a boil. Let cool in the refrigerator. Note: Sauce will build a skin when cooling, do not stirr while cooling.
Just remove the skin when completely cold. |
