2 cups milk 5 Tbsp. sugar 5 Tbsp. cornstarch 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder Mix cornstarch with the sugar, and cocoa powder, add about 5 Tbsp. of the cold milk. Mix well. Bring the rest of the milk to a
boil. Take of the stove and stirr in the cornstarch mix. Put back on the stove and bring one more time to a boil. Let cool in a mold, or in a glass bowl. Note: If you like to trun the pudding out of the mold, please
rinse the mold with cold water before pouring the hot pudding into it. Serve with vanille sauce. |
