1 1/2 cups flour salt 3 eggs 1 cup beer (recipes is safe for children, alcohol will evaporate while deep frying) 3-4 apples, peeled, cored and cut into slices, 1/2 inch thick
oil for deep frying 1/2 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon Place the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs and slowly stir in the beer to make a thick batter. Heat the oil in a large pan.
Dip the apple slices in the batter and deep fry them until golden brown. Serve them warm, sprinkled with the cinnamon sugar. |
